The dual-body is automatically unloaded by the unloading device and enters the pre-cutting conveyor line in the cutting area.

The auxiliary pig unloader prevents direct collision between the carcass and the pre-cutting process, which could cause bruising and discoloration on the pork.

Depending on production volume, the pre-cutting conveyor line can be equipped with either non-powered roller type or belt conveyor type.

Two circular segmenting saws are installed alongside the pre-cutting conveyor line, with one operator positioned in front of each saw for cutting alignment. To facilitate alignment, a laser positioning device is designed on the circular segmenting saw. After cutting, the hind legs, middle section, and front shoulders enter their respective boning/segmentation conveyor lines. The circular saw is imported from Germany, with a rotation speed of 48r/min, and the cutting loss is almost zero.
